Pak to write “Warbound” miniseries for Marvel

At the Toronto Fan Expo, Marvel announced that Greg Pak will write a “Warbound” miniseries featuring members of the Hulk’s band of gladiator allies from the “Planet Hulk” and “World War Hulk” sagas. ComicBookResources.com has posted an interview with Pak containing more details, including this tidbit:

“One of the Hulk’s oldest and deadliest opponents and one of Bruce Banner’s closest former allies will play huge roles in the series,” Pak explained.

… the nicest surprise, is how Pak has handled the Renegades. Angel hasn’t had such a great appearance in a long time, and Hercules once again gets some really great screentime. … He’s complex, and honor-driven, and he’s a pleasure to read about, especially under Pak’s pen.
