These are literally perfect translations of the TV series and it’ll be fascinating to see where Pak takes the story, based on character interaction alone.

Greg Pak’s short film “Super Power Blues” plays at the ShockerFest Film Festival in Riverbank, CA at 10:45 am on Saturday, October 7. The film has been nominated for the festival’s Best Science Fiction Mini-Short award and the film’s star, Sakura Sugihara, has been nominated for the Best Actress Science Fiction/Fantasy award.
